222pk Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 222pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino services available at https://222pk.cam ("the Site").

222pk is an English-language online betting and live casino platform designed for users in the Pakistan market and operated under applicable international licensing arrangements. The platform covers cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, live casino games and related betting products, all displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 222pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or close family member of a current employee of 222pk or any of its affiliates, unless written consent has been obtained.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and any additional information requested during the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 222pk support immediately at [email protected].
• 222pk will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• You must not use a password that is easily guessable or that you use for other online services.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Account to any other person.

222pk reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process, following unusual account activity or as part of routine compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the 222pk Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis, strictly for lawful recreational betting and gaming purposes. By using this Platform you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform, its servers, databases or backend infrastructure.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any amounts wagered.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, bugs or system faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void and will be reversed.
• You will access the Platform only from jurisdictions where doing so is lawful, and you accept full responsibility for your compliance with local law.

222pk reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access or close accounts at its discretion, including where the Platform determines in good faith that a User's continued access presents regulatory, financial or reputational risk.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. Payment method names referenced below are provided as familiar references for Pakistani users only and do not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, gambling activities by any named payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the account cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• 222pk does not accept cash deposits. Deposits must be made through the methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation; processing times vary by payment method.
• Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for user familiarity only. Availability must be verified in the cashier. None of these providers endorse or support gambling services.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit, subject to method availability.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and KYC status. Typical timelines are indicated in the cashier.
• 222pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before approving large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn.
• Any withdrawal request found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering will be voided and reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

222pk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general bonus conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each User is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds and eligible markets for wagering requirement fulfilment are specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded markets will not contribute to wagering.
• 222pk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings or suspend an account if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress by a User.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino game rounds are governed by the rules displayed within the relevant product section. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the Platform:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the Platform and a bet receipt or confirmation has been issued to the User's account.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the exception for manifest errors (see below).
• 222pk reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets or refuse individual wagers at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes.
• Manifest Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data-feed error or human error, 222pk reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. The determination of whether an error is manifest rests solely with 222pk.
• Live Betting: In-play odds fluctuate in real time. Bets placed during live events are accepted subject to the odds available at the precise moment of acceptance. Connectivity issues do not entitle a User to any particular odds.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: Specific cricket and PSL market rules, including rules for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis calculations and super-over scenarios, are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds from licensed game providers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.
• Disputes regarding settled bets must be raised with customer support within 30 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate Account, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with 222pk.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, crawlers or any other non-human means to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, syndicate betting or any other systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies in a manner that 222pk determines constitutes abuse.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant or competitive betting context.
• Attempting to launder money, finance prohibited activities or use the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Abusing the customer support team, including through harassment, threats or use of offensive language.
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
• Facilitating access for a minor or a self-excluded individual.
• Engaging in any conduct that 222pk reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

Suspension & Termination

222pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or Prohibited Conduct.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the Platform's dormant account policy.
• At the User's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 222pk may forfeit any remaining balance where permitted by applicable law and operator policy. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct (e.g., regulatory restriction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method.

Users wishing to close their own Account may do so by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes and these Terms.

Responsible Gambling

222pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, all accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount a User may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount a User may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary pause on account access of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, processed promptly upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 222pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Site — is the property of 222pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, post or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 222pk.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the 222pk name, logo or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform on an external website without written permission.

Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence. 222pk will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222pk, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any loss arising from a manifest error in odds, game results or settlement, subject to the correction provisions in Section 8.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or with applicable local law.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game providers or data-feed suppliers.
• Any damage to your device, software or data arising from your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 222pk to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy & Data

222pk collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification and ongoing Platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 222pk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in a User's home jurisdiction.

Where applicable, Users who are resident in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Access to and use of the Platform by Pakistani residents is at their own risk and responsibility. 222pk does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Amendments

222pk reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed on the Platform at or after login.
• An email notification to the registered email address on your Account.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 222pk recommends reviewing this page each time you visit the Platform or conduct a significant transaction.
